Terms and Conditions
A cash incentive is offered to you by FinishMySong ("us") to increase our revenue by means of encouraging your friends, family and colleagues to subscribe to our services. This offer is strictly bound by our Terms and Conditions, below, whether or not you have read them. We may at our sole discretion modify these Terms and Conditions immediately and without prior notice. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on this site. All advertisements related to this promotion will include a reference to the webpage containing our Terms and Conditions and it is your responsibility to be aware of these Terms and Conditions if you wish to engage yourself in any way with this promotion.
1. 10 GBP is offered to you in cash for each first 'significant booking' made by any party who was recommended to FinishMySong by you.
2. What constitutes a 'significant booking' in the context of this offer is subject to the discretion of FinishMySong. This would normally be comprised of a customer hiring us to provide music for a wedding, or booking a music lesson with the intension of taking up regular lessons with us. The booking of a single, one-off appointment (except in the case of booking music for weddings and other special occasions) such as the hiring of an accompanist for an examination would normally be deemed not to constitute a 'significant booking'.
3. Any appointment booked and then cancelled prior to the appointment invalidates this offer, without exception.
4. This offer is only valid in situations where a successful booking is made by our customer. If for any reason whatsoever the booking is not completed (such as that a convenient time cannot be agreed for a given appointment) then no payment will be made for recommending our service.
5. It is the responsibility of our customer to inform us of any recommendation made by you. We should be given your name, postal address and telephone number when our customer books a service. If we are not informed of the recommendation and given these details in full on the day of the first appointment or before, no cash payment will be made.
6. No retrospective payments will be honoured.
7. You can recommend as many people as you see fit to subscribe to our services and for each successful first booking by a new customer a payment of 10 GBP will be made to you. Bookings made by customers who were previously known to us, already have a business relationship with us or who booked in response to any of our advertising campaigns will be exempt from this offer.
8. No guarantee is made as to the timescale in which you will receive any payment. Payment will normally be in the form of a personal cheque and mailed by first class post (Royal Mail) to the address provided by our customer. We take no responsibility for the accuracy of these details nor do we accept responsibility for problems with the delivery of the cheque, whether it be late, damaged in transit or undelivered by Royal Mail. In normal circumstances we will send out the payment within 7 days of the booked appointment.
9. This offer is valid until 31st May 2007. Any bookings made after this date will not be considered under this offer.
